Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for Eurospar Portaferry. The role is based at 2 High Street Portaferry and requires 8 hours per week with availability for evenings and weekends. You will assist in daily store operations, handle checkouts, replenish stock, and maintain shelves with correct pricing.

Full training is provided; we value personality, energy and a positive attitude to deliver great customer experiences in a friendly team environment.

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the daily running of the store and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure stock is merchandised and price labels are correct on shelves.
• May cover the Post Office as part of the role.
• Support the team with any other duties as required.

Up to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Position available at 8 hours per week, must be available evenings and weekends

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
