Job summary

Henderson Group's Eurospar Silverwood in Lurgan is seeking a Customer Advisor for 8 hours per week, with evening shifts Monday to Friday and weekend coverage from 6am to 11pm. The role involves helping customers, operating checkouts, stocking, pricing, and maintaining great store standards, with potential Post Office duties and a flexible schedule.

The up-to-£13.30 per hour pay rate depends on age and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation policy.
• Merchandise store to maximise sales and ensure correct pricing.
• Display stock with appropriate shelf edge labels.
• Deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Undertake other duties as needed for the role.

Up to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & benefits.

Position available at 8 hours per week, availability evenings Monday to Friday and 6am 11pm Saturday and Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
