Henderson Group’s EUROSPAR Maghaberry location is seeking a Customer Advisor for a part-time role. The 25-hour week spans Monday to Sunday, 6:00am–11:00pm, with flexibility for morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. Monthly pay ranges from £11.95 to £13.30 per hour depending on age, with a strong benefits package.

You will support store operations, assist customers, manage checkouts, restock, and participate in promotional merchandising while providing excellent service to the community.

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; training provided.
• Must have personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude to delight customers.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display at correct price with shelf labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• May cover Post Office as required.
• Other duties as required for the role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
