Argos is looking for a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter. You will assist customers, explain financial services where appropriate, and process refunds while staying knowledgeable about current promotions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services, and process refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and in stock room when the store is quiet.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
