Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in the UK. You will deliver excellent customer service at tills, website screens on the shopfloor, and at the collection counter, helping customers with payments and refunds while guiding them on products and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service at tills, on website screens, and at collection points.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and promotions, and process payments/refunds.
• Keep stock areas tidy and restock as deliveries arrive.
• Be available on the shop floor to answer questions and give product recommendations.
• Build strong product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
