Argos in the United Kingdom is hiring Customer Advisors to deliver outstanding service at the tills, online order screens on the shop floor, and at the collection counter. You’ll help customers, answer questions and promote our financial services where relevant, while processing refunds when required.

Qualifications

• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, take payments, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor, answer questions and provide product advice; assist in the stock room when quiet.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
