Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on the shop floor, and at collection points.
• Assist customers by collecting products, answering questions, and processing refunds.
• Promote and explain product features and financial services where applicable.
• Support stock room activities when the store is busy and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
