Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and help with product questions; support in stock room when busy.
• Process refunds and explain financial service options where applicable.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer recommendations.
