Job summary

Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at the tills, on the store floor and at the collection counter. You’ll handle payments, assist customers with product questions and explain our financial services where appropriate.

You will build knowledge across our range, providing friendly, informed recommendations while working at pace in a busy, high-energy environment. Training and development opportunities are available to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Friendly and welcoming, with enthusiasm for helping customers.
• Comfortable discussing financial services when appropriate.
• Able to work at pace in a high-energy store environment.
• Willing to learn, develop and try new things through training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to answer questions and provide product advice.
• Build product knowledge to recommend suitable items and promotions.
