Job summary

Neal's Yard Remedies in Bristol is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our friendly, collaborative team. You’ll help connect customers with skincare, wellness, and therapies, delivering high-quality service and sharing product stories to bring our beautiful range to life.

You will demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages, and support the Store Manager to maximise sales while building lasting customer relationships. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with shoppers.
• Confident in communicating beauty and wellness guidance in a busy store environment.
• Willingness to learn about Neal's Yard Remedies products and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities and deliver high-touch service.
• Demonstrate products and therapies, including mini-facials and arm massages.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and adapt to changing priorities on rota days.
• Be a friendly, approachable team member who shares product knowledge to guide purchases.

As our Customer Advisor in our Bristol Store, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neal's Yard Remedies and our customers. This is a great time to join our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You'll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages.
