Job summary

Neal's Yard Remedies in Bristol is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our friendly team, connecting customers with our skincare and wellness range. You’ll deliver high-touch service, share product knowledge, and help customers find the best solutions for their needs.

You’ll demonstrate products including mini-facials and arm massages, maintain excellent relationships, and support the Store Manager to maximise sales on a rota covering weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness and natural therapies.
• Confident with the ability to build great relationships with customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to cover weekdays and weekends on a rota.

As our Customer Advisor in our Bristol Store, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neal's Yard Remedies and our customers. This is a great time to join our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You'll be supporting the Store Manager in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationship with a customer inspired approach.

You will be part of our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products, including mini-facials and arm massages.
