Neal's Yard Remedies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bristol store to lead and inspire the team while delivering a high-touch customer experience. You will champion a customer-first approach and drive KPIs to boost loyalty and store performance.

Ideal candidates will have experience as an Assistant Manager or readiness for the next step, with a passion for beauty and wellness, and the ability to communicate clearly and train others.

As our Assistant Store Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our Bristol store. You'll be leading and inspiring the team to provide our customers with a high touch customer experience, sharing your passion for Neals Yard Remedies. You'll be super motivated to deliver on KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and create a positive culture for our team to thrive in.

You'll have previous experience of working as an Assistant Manager or be all set for the next exciting stage in your career. Your passion for beauty, skincare and wellness will be infectious, together with experience in delivering on commercial objectives through a customer first approach
