Job summary

Henderson Group in Ahoghill is seeking a Customer Advisor to support the store's daily operations and deliver high standards of service.

You will handle checkouts, help customers, replenish stock, merchandize, price items, and may cover the Post Office when needed. This is a part-time role with 8 hours per week, across 6:00am–11:00pm, including evenings and weekends.

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Customer Advisor
Pay rates ranging from £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on your age & Benefits.
Part-time position available 8 hours per week, working within 6:00am to 11:00pm Monday - Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Availability over evenings and weekends is essential in this position.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
