Job summary

Places for People, including Touchstone Bath, is hiring a Customer Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers an opportunity to work on-site with a later hybrid arrangement (3 days at home).

Initial 6-month fixed-term contract and a focus on delivering excellent customer service and leasing support. The ideal candidate will have reception or front-of-house experience, strong administrative skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

• Experience conducting administrative tasks and familiarity with MS packages such as MS Word and Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality customer experience and provide admin support for leasing activity and day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with customers for renewals, negotiate rents and renew tenancies; conduct regular market research.
• Provide general administrative assistance and support to the team as needed.

More about the team

We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath, The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).

This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

More about your role On a daily basis, you will help to ensure that the customer experience is of the highest standard and provide administrative support in relation to all leasing activity as well as day to day operations.

In addition to being responsible for liaising with customers for renewals, negotiating rents and renewing tenancies you will also conduct regular market research and provide admin support to ensure applications are completed correctly.
