Job summary

Places for People operates Touchstone Bath and is hiring a Customer Advisor on a fixed-term basis until July 2027. The role is based on-site in Bath, working 37 hours per week, with more days in the office during training.

You will help maintain a high-quality customer experience, handle leasing administration, renewals, rent negotiations, and tenancy management, plus market research and general admin support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, such as receptionist or front of house.
• Experience conducting administrative tasks and using office software.
• Strong MS Word/Excel skills and basic MS Teams experience.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing activities and day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with customers for renewals and tenancy updates; negotiate rents.
• Perform market research and provide admin support to ensure accurate applications.
• Complete job profile and adhere to DBS requirement.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a Fixed Term basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath, it will be working 37 hours per week working 1 day per week at our offices in Bath. You will be required to spend more days in the office during the training period.

More about your role

On a daily basis, you will help to ensure that the customer experience is of the highest standard and provide administrative support in relation to all leasing activity as well as day to day operations.

In addition to being responsible for liaising with customers for renewals, negotiating rents and renewing tenancies you will also conduct regular market research and provide admin support to ensure applications are completed correctly.
