Job summary

Touchstone Bath is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key part in maintaining a growing portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with client, company and statutory requirements.

The role is based on site at Touchstone Bath with hours of Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial training period (1 month) the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).

Qualifications

• Property management experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• The ideal applicant will have a strong background in customer service and be comfortable using various IT packages.
• Have a track record of working with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the maintenance of a portfolio of properties, ensuring requirements are met.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to resolve queries promptly and efficiently.
• Pay suppliers invoices promptly and accurately.

More About Your Role

You will have to proactively manage the Maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You ensure that all maintenance issues are triaged in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem. Part of your role will involve you liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly.

More About You

Property management experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
