Job summary

Gpw Recruitment is seeking a Customer Account Administrator for a well-established manufacturing organisation in West Lancashire. Hybrid working is available, with a salary of £28,000 plus up to 10% bonus and excellent company benefits.

You will manage a portfolio of customers, handling orders from enquiry to delivery and ensuring high service levels. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, order management experience, and are confident liaising with internal departments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer account experience.
• Strong order processing / order management experience.
• Experience using SAP is essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts and acting as a main point of contact.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating customer requirements with internal departments.
• Monitoring orders and ensuring deliveries are made within agreed timescales.
• Liaising with logistics, planning, sales and distribution teams.
• Handling customer queries, delivery issues, complaints and claims.
• Maintaining accurate customer and delivery information.
• Providing regular updates to customers regarding order and delivery status.
• Producing relevant order and claims documentation.
• Identifying issues quickly and ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Supporting strong ongoing relationships with customers.
