Job summary

The Pilot Group is seeking an Accounts Operation Executive in Manchester. The role is hybrid with three days in the office and offers a salary of £28,663.06 per year. You will support Account Managers, process orders and quotations, and coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams for timely delivery.

As the main contact for customers and suppliers, you’ll ensure accurate data handling, efficient administration and professional sales support while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience providing sales/support administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage quotes, orders and data with accuracy.
• Hybrid office role requiring three days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply or data-related discrepancies.
• Provide guidance to account managers to support customers and suppliers.
• Process quotes and orders accurately and promptly.
• Manage internal and external communications (email/phone).
• Assist other areas of the business on an ADHOC basis.
