Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and customer service.
• Excellent communication via telephone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key contact for customers via telephone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and capture required information.
• Review orders against stock, manufacturing needs and lead times.
• Clarify missing information before progressing orders.
• Set customer expectations on availability, pricing and delays.
• Coordinate bulk orders and provide updates throughout fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Dispatch and other departments.
• Investigate and escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Support resolution of delivery issues and stock delays.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer data and orders.
