Job Description

The Customer Accounts Advisor handles collections, credit control, and maintains sales ledger accounts for a portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing collections, credit control, and queries for a high volume of accounts, mainly private-residential customers.
  2. Reporting on aged debt and highlighting major issues to management and the property team.
  3. Resolving disputes and account queries in coordination with internal teams.
  4. Communicating with debtors via phone and email to chase payments and address issues.
  5. Generating reminder letters, statements, and coordinating with external solicitors.
  6. Arranging and monitoring payment plans for accounts in arrears.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in credit control and customer service.
  • Interest or knowledge in property management (service charge/rent).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Resilient, target-driven, organized, and a team player.
