Inside Sales Solutions (isaless.com) has immediate openings for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our cutting-edge company!

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH. FLUENT IN SPANISH, GERMAN OR FRENCH preferred, but not required.

We specialize in connecting international tech companies with the enterprise technologies needed to take their business to the next level. Whether hardware, software, or virtual solutions, we engage top decision-makers in tech conversations to position them at the forefront of their industry. With over ten years in this industry, Inside Sales Solutions has mastered the art of training and developing SDRs to find the growth, enrichment, and opportunities they crave all in a remote environment!

This role is perfect for someone who is ambitious, goal-driven, and personable and a college degree is NOT required. Experienced or inexperienced, the candidate that would be well suited for this role would be:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will cold call, build a pipeline, and create relationships over the phone. Energetic, motivated, and competitive people will thrive in this uncapped commission opportunity with a progressively increasing base pay and PTO as you hit performance metrics. Some day-to-day activities of this job include:

  • Driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
  • Identifying decision-makers and highlighting new opportunities
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments
  • Sourcing and prioritizing target account lists
  • Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Consistently achieving daily and monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

What we expect our SDRs to bring to the table:

  • A motivated and positive personality with a self-starter attitude
  • Permanent residency in one of the following locations is required: Europe
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 year of sales or business development experience is a plus
  • Interest in prospecting or cold calling
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • ***BYOD- A newer computer (within the past 5 years, at least an i5 processor and 16gb of RAM) -Internet speed of at least 50mbps down and 20mbps up-Wired internet connection-Wired headset, webcam, mouse, and 2nd monitor required***
  • Bilingual French/English or German/English is a plus.
  • Some flexibility with hours can be GMT or EST time

OTE 25 - 50k

Position Responsibilities: 20.00% - Inside sales refers to the sale of products or services by personnel who reach customers through phone, email, or the internet. 5.00% - Fluent in German and English 5.00% - Fluent German and English. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Cold Calling - Outreach to prospects who have never interacted before this call. Additional Information:
