You'll lead on embedding our core values - Bring the Sunshine, Dare to Care and Do it with Pride - across the employee journey, shaping belonging, wellbeing, and purpose.

  • Using insight and listening to drive action, turning engagement surveys, wellbeing data and feedback into meaningful improvements that enhance belonging, engagement and team experience across Parks and Head Office.
  • Championing inclusion and capability building, partnering with the DEI forum and Head of Inclusive Culture to deliver inclusive campaigns, learning and workshops that strengthen psychological safety, inclusive leadership and healthy ways of working.
  • Acting as a visible culture ambassador and connector, collaborating with Internal Comms, Talent, senior leaders and external partners to amplify our culture, wellbeing and employer brand, while role-modelling Haven's values every day.
  • Leading the design of core initiatives, content, and frameworks to drive a consistent, insight-led, and impactful inclusive culture across Haven.
What we'd like you to bring
  • Demonstrable experience designing and shaping culture and wellbeing strategies for large multi-site organisations, with a strong track record of designing, shaping and implementing engaging wellbeing initiatives, campaigns and content within complex organisations.
  • Deep practical experience in wellbeing, mental health and inclusion, with a sound understanding of how culture, wellbeing and DE&I integrate across teams, functions and the wider employee journey.
  • A strategic, insight-led mindset, using data, listening and storytelling to build compelling business cases, influence decisions and drive meaningful, sustainable change.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and influencing skills that are proven at a senior level, able to bring people with you, foster collaboration and build strong internal and external networks that support delivery.
  • Resilient, adaptable and values-led approach, comfortable travelling to Parks as needed, role-modelling Haven's inclusive behaviours and making a positive impact on teams through your presence and leadership.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading on corporate charity partnerships
