Role: Culinary Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading your team with enthusiasm, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and creating a positive environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop your team through training and coaching
  • Manage shift planning to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain food safety, health, and safety standards
  • Understand and contribute to the financial performance of the kitchen, including managing stock and labour costs
  • Celebrate successes and recognize individual contributions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Passion for supporting and developing team members
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations and shift planning
  • Knowledge of food safety, health, safety, and financial aspects of running a kitchen
