As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting and developing your team to achieve their best while maintaining high standards.
• Have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members.
• Support food safety, health, and safety standards, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
