Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team through training and coaching.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including shift planning, stock control, and maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including gross profit and labour costs.
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions.
Qualifications
  • Experience in managing kitchen teams and food safety standards.
  • Knowledge of financial aspects of kitchen management.
  • Passion for supporting and developing team members.
