Job summary

Global-e is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams. You will lead technical discussions with online retailers and brands, explaining how Global-e enables cross-border growth and handling integration challenges.

You will own the technical discovery, scope future integrations, and travel to customer meetings as needed. Collaboration with Sales and Product will help tailor scalable solutions for diverse merchants.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in solution design, integrations, or technical consulting in a SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant technical field.
Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
Solid understanding of systems integration, APIs, RESTful services, and technical architecture.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, SFCC, or Magento is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions with online retailers and brands to expand cross-border business.
Own the technical discovery and solution scoping during pre-sales, ensuring scalable, feasible solutions.
Translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and R&D teams.
Partner with Sales to present Global-e’s capabilities and address technical objections.
Travel to customer meetings and workshops as required.
