NJR Global Executive Search & Interim Management is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for a London-based fintech/crypto leadership role. You will own revenue strategy, lead global GTM initiatives, and shape the commercial infrastructure across B2B and B2B2C channels.

The role requires executive-level experience in scaling revenue, strong market insight in payments/EMI space, and the ability to partner with product and board leadership to drive sustained ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in CRO, VP of Sales, or GM roles in crypto/payments/fintech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and top-line growth targets with UK and international reach.
