We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist in our London office.

Who You Are:

You are reliable, self-motivated, and have strong analytical and strategic skills. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are fashion-curious, and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment. You have a passion for attracting and retaining customers through a combination of technology and content, enhancing the user experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the CRM Manager in planning and executing data capture initiatives (online and in-store) for EMEA markets across online and offline channels.
  • Support the CRM Manager to improve customer retention by managing and optimising customer lifecycle programs across multiple markets and touchpoints.
  • Support the CRM Manager to implement and optimize customer journey strategies, working with the Customer Analytics team and external agencies to leverage insights and behavioral data.
  • Map, test, and monitor customer journeys, ensuring data accuracy and system uptime, and proactively addressing technical issues.
  • Prepare customer data used in marketing campaigns (email, Facebook, Google, clientelling, etc.), ensuring accuracy and correct application of marketing preferences.
  • Become a subject matter expert on leveraging customer data for activations, maintaining a strong understanding of data capabilities and infrastructure.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs weekly and monthly, sharing results and insights to improve customer experience and drive optimization.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, managing workloads and deadlines.
  • Support stores in implementing clienteling strategies, tools, and processes, including CRM best practices and GDPR compliance.
  • Diagnose issues from projects, working with UAT teams to triage and resolve tickets promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across global teams and business units.

You'll need to have:

  • Experience in a similar CRM or data-driven role.
  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting for personalization.
  • A proactive and strategic approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms like Amperity, ActionIQ, or similar.
  • Experience working with email and CRM platforms.
