Legal Marketing CRM Specialist – Maternity Cover – Immediate Start

Our client, a successful and award-winning international law firm, offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Interaction & CRM Specialist to cover a maternity contract for a minimum of 12 months within their busy Marketing/BD team.

Position Overview

To support and maintain the firm's CRM system, ensuring user adoption and best practices across the firm.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop the CRM system to support the firm’s business strategy.
  2. Support users on the day-to-day operation of InterAction via phone or in person.
  3. Handle data acquisition and stewarding, including resolving ‘DCM tickets’ raised by the CRM system.
  4. Maintain and execute data cleansing and maintenance strategies.
  5. Update company and individual profiles using various resources.
  6. Generate regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and department heads.
  7. Assist the wider marketing team with events management and related activities.
  8. Manage and send mailings using the Vuture VX platform.
  9. Monitor the client update inbox and support the Client Update team with mailings and creating distribution lists.
  10. Previous InterAction experience, especially resolving DCM tickets, is essential.
  11. Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in CRM or marketing.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  13. Strong problem-solving abilities.
  14. Enjoy working with data and improving data quality.
  15. Strong organizational and administrative skills, capable of working under pressure.
  16. Proficient in IT, especially Excel and database management, with adaptability to new technologies and processes.
