Job description

Job Title: FolioMetrics CRM Consultant

With Intelligence is seeking a motivated and skilled FolioMetrics CRM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored CRM solutions using our proprietary FolioMetrics CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements for CRM implementation.
  • Design and configure bespoke CRM solutions based on client needs, utilizing the FolioMetrics CRM platform.
  • Lead system integration activities, working closely with developers to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM and other systems.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and system deployment.
  • Provide comprehensive training to end-users on CRM functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer data management.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
