Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business / Solutions Analyst or Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a bonus.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRM Business Analyst on solution design and validation.
• Own technical CRM delivery across projects and operations.
• Translate business workflows into CRM configuration.
• Produce and review technical design documentation.
• Support system integrations, data quality, and automation testing.
• Work with internal IT teams and stakeholders.
