Job summary

Stephen James Consulting is partnering with a developing elderly care provider to recruit an experienced CRM Manager. You will own the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to admission, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for residents and families.

You will work with the Home Manager and leadership team to drive occupancy, manage enquiries, and deliver strong CRM reporting and community engagement initiatives. A performance bonus rewards successful occupancy growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, sales, admissions, business development or customer relationship roles.
• CRM experience within elderly care homes is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Excellent organisation and CRM system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and support families through admissions.
• Conduct home tours and showcase services and facilities.
• Drive occupancy through proactive enquiry management and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and referral partners.
• Develop and deliver local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Organise events such as open days and community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor enquiry and conversion data.
• Produce regular reports on occupancy, sales activity and performance.
• Support the Home Manager in achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
