Miller Homes is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the CRM system within the Sales Team, covering regions in the West Midlands and South West. This position involves data management, training, reporting, and enhancing system usage to drive sales, requiring strong IT and CRM skills.

Due to our continued growth strategy, we are looking to recruit a CRM Manager to join our Sales Team covering both the West Midlands (Worcester) and South West (Bristol) regions
As CRM Manager you will act as the Area/Regional lead on the CRM system and information held on the system ensuring data is utilised effectively to generate sales. You will provide regular and ad-hoc reports on our database as well as identifying and ensuring regular training updates for all system users to ensure effective end-user utilisation of the system.
