CRM Manager

London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

£50,000 DOE + Private Healthcare | Unlimited Holiday | Wellness Allowance | Enhanced Parental Leave

About the Role

We're hiring a CRM Manager to join a fast-growing, global talent solutions company that's redefining the recruitment industry through tech innovation and AI. This is a group-level role supporting multiple business units, including a high-performing RPO, an embedded hiring service, and a brand-new AI SaaS product.

You'll be stepping into a newly opened seat where there's plenty of opportunity to make an immediate impact — the team is eagerly awaiting someone who can hit the ground running and own CRM strategy, systems, and delivery. Reporting into the Global Marketing Director, you'll also work closely with the COO and collaborate with a talented group of marketers and C-Suite stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and evolve the CRM strategy across the group, driving lifecycle campaigns and top-of-funnel lead engagement.
  • Build segmentation strategies to deliver tailored communications that convert.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, Events and wider teams to ensure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
  • Use data to inform decisions — build dashboards, lead reporting, and track key CRM performance metrics.
  • Implement and optimise lead scoring, lifecycle nurture workflows and journey mapping.
  • Support sales enablement through CRM insights, aligning closely with leadership and the revenue team.
  • Act as the go-to HubSpot expert — the CRM is live but needs refinement; there’s real opportunity to make your mark.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership — this is a high-visibility role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience managing a CRM platform — HubSpot is a must.
  • Proven track record in B2B environments, ideally in tech or professional services.
  • Experience working in or closely with a sales function — you get how to support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring and campaign management.
  • Confident building reports and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Highly collaborative, self-starting, and comfortable navigating a flat structure.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (2 days in Central London).
  • Ideally, you're familiar with AI or excited about working in a tech-driven, innovative environment.
  • £50,000 salary (some flexibility for the right candidate)
