About The Opportunity:

You will be part of this exciting UK initiative, benefiting from over 25 years of successful product development and the financial stability of global investors.

You will receive comprehensive product training and industry-leading coaching methodologies.

• You will collaborate with some of the largest brands in automotive retail.
• You will be involved from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and play a key role in the DMS rollout project.
• You will coach, train, and develop dealership teams on the new DMS platform in preparation for ‘Go Live’.
• You will support aftersales dealer teams as the ‘product guru’ throughout the project.

About You:

You should have a background in automotive retail sales or aftersales, with experience working with dealership DMS platforms or for a DMS provider, and a solid understanding of the dealer/OEM environment.

This role involves autonomy and responsibility, including travel across the UK.

• Previous DMS experience is essential.
• Experience in training or coaching is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and attention to detail skills.
• A proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving projects.
