Job description

My client, a leading retailer, is looking to recruit a CRM Manager to join their growing team. This newly defined role will play a pivotal part in shaping the overall customer engagement strategy. As the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the CRM programme, leading a wide range of projects to drive customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and ensure continued customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the health and management of the database, executing segmentation and targeting activities to achieve revenue targets, as well as acquisition and retention objectives.

The Role:
  1. Develop data-driven, integrated CRM solutions based on consumer behaviour and customer journeys, focusing on progressing customers along these journeys.
  2. Manage the CRM database daily, collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure effective data collection points.
  3. Grow and develop the database through effective communications, aiming to increase engagement levels with products and the brand.
  4. Drive the end-to-end CRM proposition, including segmentation, delivery, testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  5. Coordinate with marketing and creative teams on messaging and objectives.
  6. Identify and implement new CRM projects to advance the CRM strategy.
The CRM Manager will have:
  1. Demonstrable experience in a CRM Manager role.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM best practices.
  3. Excellent analytical skills.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with the candidate based in the London office 2-3 times a week.
