Playtech is seeking a proactive CRM Junior Executive to support back-office operations and deliver engaging player communications. You will translate requirements into CRM configurations, build and QA email templates, and coordinate with stakeholders on campaign content and timing.

You will work with Playtech IMS and related platforms, documenting processes and maintaining consistency across campaigns. Strong English skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.

• Translate business needs into accurate back-office and CRM configurations.
• Execute and maintain system configurations across back-office platforms.
• Build, update and QA CRM email templates to meet campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on content, targeting, timing and tech needs.
• Become familiar with backend/CRM systems and propose practical solutions.
• Support Operations with day-to-day platform, campaign and configuration requests.
• Check configurations and communications for accuracy and launch readiness.
• Document recurring processes and campaign setups for knowledge sharing.
