Job summary

Schuh is seeking a data-driven CRM Analyst to join the Customer Data & Insights team. You will own regular CRM reporting, help with loyalty campaigns and customer insights, and support across data analytics initiatives in a fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Data Science/Analytics or Marketing, or at least 1 year in data/CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics desirable.
• Attention to detail, inquisitive mindset and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CRM Reporting on a Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly basis.
• Support with CRM and loyalty database, campaigns and project reporting.
• Work with and support CRM Customer Insight Team and wider business with actionable CRM insights.
• Use data to tell the story about why things have happened and what we might do differently.
• Gain a deep understanding of schuh's customers and associated segments.
• Support with audience lists for communications.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve own skills and CRM knowledge.
• Work across multiple software tools and internal CRM system reporting when required.
• Support CRM and loyalty project-based work, Ownership of administrative and ad-hoc tasks.
• Work with own initiative and as part of the wider team.
• Contributes with ideas and solutions.
• Ensure all communication adheres to the GDPR policies.
• Understand and comply with the Company's Health & Safety policy & procedures.
• Carry out any other duties as required.
