Job summary

Schuh is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Assistant to join the Digital team at Head Office in Livingston. You will support CRM and THE SCHUH CLUB campaigns, assist with customer communications, reporting and programme development while collaborating with Marketing, Retail, Customer Experience, IT and Ecommerce teams.

The role focuses on day-to-day CRM activities, testing, data handling and delivering value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• CRM/digital marketing experience in a related role.
• Willingness to build a career in CRM and loyalty.
• Experience with data to produce accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, brief, test and deliver CRM and loyalty campaigns.
• Maintain lifecycle email communications and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and deliver email, SMS and wallet campaigns.
• Assist with weekly loyalty and post-campaign reporting.
• Support project delivery from idea to execution and testing.
• Own loyalty-related customer queries with Retail and CX teams.
• Keep CRM and loyalty calendars, docs and campaign info up to date.
• Assist with agency briefing and gathering requirements.
• Communicate CRM activity across the wider business.
• Support KPIs including revenue, loyalty adoption, retention, purchase frequency, LTV and AOV.
• Troubleshoot campaigns and handle day-to-day programme administration.
• Monitor competitor activity and CRM best practice.
• Follow the Company’s Health & Safety policies.
