Job summary

schuh is seeking a Customer Data & Insights Assistant to join the expanding Customer Data & Insights team in London. You will learn and apply data analytics skills across CRM, loyalty, and customer insights while supporting day-to-day administration and project work.

The role focuses on CRM reporting, data accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to help understand customers and segments. A degree or relevant experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics, will help

• Data-focused individual with analytical mindset.
• Degree in Business, Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Data Science/Analytics or Marketing, or ≥1 year data/CRM experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics desirable.
• High attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CRM Reporting on a Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly basis.
• Support with CRM and loyalty database, campaigns and project reporting.
• Work with and support CRM Customer Insight Team and wider business with actionable CRM insights.
• Use data to tell the story about why things have happened and what we might do differently.
• Gain a deep understanding of schuh's customers and associated segments.
• Support with audience lists for communications.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve own skills and CRM knowledge.
• Work across multiple software tools and internal CRM system reporting when required.
• Support CRM and loyalty project-based work.

Job Title: Customer Data & Insights Assistant

Reports To: Senior Customer Data & Insights Executive

Join our growing Customer Data & Insights team in this exciting opportunity to learn and develop your data analytics skills within the fashion industry. We're looking for a curious, detail-focused individual who is always asking "why?" and enjoys getting stuck into both day-to-day administration and project work. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across CRM, Loyalty, customer insights and data analytics, while supporting a team that uses data to better understand our customers and our business.

Accountable For:

You will be responsible for supporting the CRM team with the day-to-day execution and management of CRM reporting, analytics, and administration. Take ownership of regular reporting for the CRM team, ensuring inputs are accurate and timely. Contribute and assist on project work across areas such as brand trends and customer insights. Develop knowledge of CRM tools and processes, supporting data accuracy and assisting with the identification and implementation of improvements and enhancements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Person/ Experience

• Data Focused Individual
• Relevant degree in either Business, Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Data Science/Analytics, or Marketing or least 1 year of experience in a data / CRM position
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Package and Google Analytics desirable
• Inquisitive and Ambitious
• High level of attention to detail
• Collaborative team player
• Strong appetite to learn
