Job summary

schuh is seeking a Customer Data & Insights Assistant to support day-to-day CRM reporting and analytics. You will collaborate with the CRM team on data accuracy, campaign reporting, and loyalty data, helping to derive insights that inform customer strategies.

This role offers hybrid working options in the UK, with opportunities to grow data analytics skills across CRM, customer insights and reporting while learning from the Senior Executive.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, mathematics, digital marketing, data science/analytics or marketing, or 1+ year data/CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CRM reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Support CRM and loyalty databases, campaigns and project reporting.
• Provide actionable CRM insights with data storytelling.
• Help with audience lists for communications and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Develop knowledge of CRM tools and processes and support improvements.
