Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in a CRM/marketing automation role.
• Experience with HubSpot and MS Dynamics expected.
• B2C/D2C experience highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems (Dynamics 365).
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
