Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own multi-channel CRM strategies, with a focus on email and SMS, driving engagement across a large customer base.

You will plan campaigns, analyse performance, and optimize customer journeys using data-driven testing to lift conversions and engagement. A senior CRM background and leadership mindset are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end CRM experience with campaign ownership.
• Strong email and SMS marketing knowledge.
• Experience with segmentation, testing and optimization.
• Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Experience supporting or managing people is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms; Bloomreach advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted email and SMS campaigns.
• Monitor and report on CRM KPIs and performance.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys to improve conversion.
• Utilize data and testing to drive insights and actions.
• Collaborate with creative teams on email builds.
• Lead A/B testing and turn insights into recommendations.
• Support CRM processes, strategy and best practices.
