Job summary

Medik8 is seeking a CRM Executive to join during an exciting phase of global expansion. You will own multi-channel lifecycle communications across email and SMS/MMS, driving customer retention while maintaining our premium brand voice.

Beyond campaigns, you will brief, plan, copywrite, conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize, collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, some remote work).

Qualifications

• Retention marketing experience in CRM/email or retention roles
• Practical CRM platform experience to build, test, segment and deploy multi-channel communications
• Analytical capability using Excel and/or Google Analytics to monitor metrics and engagement
• Strong copywriting and proofreading with brand consistency
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns end-to-end from briefing to optimization
• Craft brand-aligned CRM copy for email and SMS/MMS
• Conduct A/B tests and monitor trading metrics
• Support loyalty programs and retention initiatives
