Job summary

Disasters Emergency Committee is seeking a Data & CRM Officer to join its Data & CRM team in London. Reporting to the Database Manager, you will own day-to-day Salesforce CRM management, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to support fundraising across the organisation.

You will import and cleanse large datasets, build insightful reports, assist colleagues in maximizing Salesforce use, and contribute to CRM automation and development projects to handle surge donations during appeals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CRM or database administration, managing data imports, data quality and user support.
• Ability to produce reliable reports and insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce CRM operations and data integrity.
• Import, cleanse and reconcile large datasets for fundraising activities.
• Create supporter selections and insightful reports.
• Support automation and CRM development projects to improve processes.
