Job summary

SolarAid is seeking a Database Officer to take ownership of our Salesforce CRM and supporter data. You will lead management, governance and development to ensure high-quality, reliable data underpins fundraising and engagement activities.

This role combines hands-on CRM administration, data governance and compliance, data flows and integrations, and the production of insightful reports and segmentation for the fundraising teams.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce (ideally NPSP) or similar CRM.
• Strong experience managing data quality and integrity.
• Experience with data governance and GDPR compliance.
• Experience producing reports and insights for fundraising or engagement.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential
