Job summary

Watson Farley & Williams is seeking a proactive professional to join our Client Data & CRM Management team. You will support the Global CRM Manager, ensuring data accuracy in InterAction Hybrid Cloud, and contribute to reporting and analytics that inform business development and marketing decisions.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, analyse client data for trends, and help drive adoption of CRM tools while delivering training and guides to colleagues across the firm.

Qualifications

Interest in data, analytics, technology, and relationship management.
Strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tooling is preferred.
Ability to analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Support Global CRM Manager to enhance client data and relationship management.
Maintain accuracy and integrity of data in InterAction Hybrid Cloud.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across the firm.
Assist in development of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Support onboarding/offboarding and data cleansing activities.
Promote best practice use of client data and CRM tools.
