Job summary

Ambition, a leading international professional services firm, seeks a Senior CRM Systems Executive to support and develop its CRM and e-marketing systems. You will work within the Client Data & Systems team, administering InterAction, ensuring data quality and enabling effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have CRM or marketing systems experience in professional services, with strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Experience administering CRM and/or e-marketing platforms.
• Experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
• InterAction and Vuture experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the InterAction CRM, including access, data quality, archiving, folders and integrations.
• Support CRM data quality and drive best-practice adoption across the organisation.
• Manage campaigns, mailings, complex searches and reporting.
• Act as trusted advisor to marketing, business development, partners and fee earners.
• Deliver CRM training and create user guidance.
• Lead smaller projects and support wider CRM initiatives, including a cloud upgrade.
• Work with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
