Job summary

Watson Farley & Williams in London is seeking a data-driven Business Development and Communications professional to join our CRM and analytics team. You will work at the heart of client relationship data, build reporting, and support marketing technology initiatives across the firm.

Responsibilities include maintaining InterAction/CRM data quality, developing Power BI dashboards, delivering concise insights to partners and lawyers, and training colleagues in data tools while ensuring GDPR

Qualifications

• Strong data accuracy, analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client data and relationship management capabilities.
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Produce regular and ad hoc data reports for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and data cleansing activities.
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing and Communications teams.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and marketing preferences.
• Provide training and user guides for CRM tools.
