Job summary

LGC Group is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to join our Standards Commercial Operations team. You will support territory management, customer data governance, and analytics development across the Global Sales organisation, aiding in revenue growth and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, build reports and dashboards, and contribute to automating workflows while adopting new technologies.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with data modelling capability.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) or customer data platforms.
• Exposure to SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to LGC sites.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Territory Allocation & Sales Operations support and data inputs.
• Management of Customer Data Governance and governance processes.
• Analytics & Insight delivery: develop reports, dashboards, and MI.
• Prepare data-driven insights to identify opportunities and risks for revenue growth.
